First class work from Bridgend Van Care again! The staff are extremely professional and courteous and always give faultless service. I wouldn’t take My car anywhere else.
First time using this company. They were recommended to me by a friend. First impressions was this looks really professional clean, helpful, friendly my MOT was done on time and the van was ready within the hour. Fantastic facility and would recommend to anyone.
Superb service. From contact to diagnosing the issue was only two days, can all fixed same day. Highly recommend and will be using them again for sure.
Took my , new to me, but old VW transporter in for a service and MOT .
The staff at the the van care center we great, very friendly and courteous.

31/07/25: Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Taylor went out of his way to help sourcing new tyres when issue discovered with wheel size on van.
3rd time my Dolly has been to BVC. Wouldn't take her anywhere else.

17/11/25: First class customer service and attention to detail by the BVC centre again.
Issue with exhaust. Again being an older van, parts were no longer available. Team at BVC sourced an alternative fix which actually cost £200 cheaper than original quote.
Was able to drop van off day earlier than it was booked in for, due to work commitments. Due to parts not available, left it over weekend in secure compound.
Can't recommend these guys enough.
They get another 10 from me and Dolly.xx

Another excellent service and MOT from the team at BVC. Defintaly my go to for my old VW. Always treated with 1st class customer service and honesty. These guys really go out of their way to help customers. The team are always friendly, very knowledgeable and skilled.
Its a 10 again from Dolly amd me.xx.
